National Online Sellers Association ("NOSA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at nationalonlinesellers.org and nationalonlinesellers.com (the "Site") and the membership programs described on it. NOSA is a for-profit membership association — not a nonprofit, trade union, or government body — and membership fees are not tax-deductible.
By creating an account, submitting a seller or supplier profile, or paying for any membership tier, you agree to these Terms of Service and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use NOSA.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile (name, company name, platform links, category, location, and any other details you submit) and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly atsupport@nationalonlinesellers.orgif you suspect unauthorized access.
A public seller profile is free to create. We may decline, delay, or revoke "Verified" status at our discretion, including where storefront ownership cannot be confirmed or where information appears false or misleading.
NOSA offers a free profile tier and several paid tiers (Founding Member, Member, Pro Seller, Business Seller), each with the benefits described on ourMembership page at the time of purchase. Paid tier benefits, pricing, and availability may change prospectively; changes will not reduce benefits you have already locked in under a Founding Member cohort without notice.
Founding Membership is available for a one-time fee (currently $69.00) or, alternatively, at no cost by referring a specified number of sellers who go on to become verified NOSA members, as described on ourFounders page. Founding Member status, once granted, is permanent and is not revoked for later changes to the referral or pricing offer, except for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Recurring paid tiers (Member, Pro Seller, Business Seller) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you retain tier benefits through that period.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. NOSA does not directly store your full payment card number. By submitting payment, you authorize NOSA to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable one-time fee or recurring subscription amount, including applicable taxes.
The one-time Founding Member fee is generally non-refundable once your Founding Member status has been granted. Paid subscription tiers may be canceled at any time to stop future billing, but fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law or at NOSA's sole discretion. Private product deals, supplier offers, sourcing alerts, group-buy opportunities, and Member Exclusives drops are offered as available and may vary by category, supplier, inventory, timing, and membership level. Founding Members receive a priority early-access window (currently two hours) before select offers are opened to the broader paid membership; this is a timing and allocation priority only.
NOSA does not guarantee profit, inventory availability, pricing, or sell-through on any private deal, supplier offer, or Member Exclusive. Limited allocations are genuinely limited: when an offer is sold out, NOSA does not guarantee restock, and priority access improves your odds but does not guarantee you will receive an allocation.
Suppliers submitting offers, product listings, or a supplier directory profile represent that they have the right to sell, market, and fulfill the products or services they list, and that their offers comply with applicable law. NOSA reviews supplier submissions before publication but does not warrant the quality, legality, or fitness of any supplier's products or services, and is not a party to any transaction between a supplier and a seller.
Referral credit toward Founding Member status is granted only for referred sellers who complete a verified NOSA profile. NOSA may decline referral credit or Founder status obtained through fraudulent, automated, or abusive referral activity, including self-referral, incentivized signups that misrepresent intent to use the Site, or fake accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and without refund of prior fees.
The Site, its design, text, graphics, badges (including the "Verified by NOSA" and Founding Member seals), and underlying software are owned by NOSA or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may embed the Verified badge on your own storefront solely to indicate your verified NOSA status, in the form we provide, for as long as your verification remains active. You retain ownership of the content you submit to your profile, and grant NOSA a license to display it on the Site and in category, search, and directory listings.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, DEALS, AND SUPPLIER OFFERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOSA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SELLER, SUPPLIER, OR VERIFICATION STATUS IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A SUPPLIER OR SELLER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOSA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOSA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You may stop using the Site and, for paid tiers, cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, 14, and 15) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NOSA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify members by email or an on-site notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
